On the evening of October 20th, Brittany attended the Miss Arizona USA and Miss Arizona Teen USA preliminaries at the Orpheum Theater in downtown Phoenix. She was there to cheer on her friend Tiffany Martin who is the reigning Miss Arizona Teen USA. It was a fun evening full of dancing, swimsuits and evening wear. All of the girls competing did an AMAZING job. I don't envy the judges having to pick only one winner in each age division.
At the end of the preliminary competition awards were handed out to the girl that was judged to be most photogenic and....
miss congeniality. The Miss Congeniality winner also received a basket full of goodies. It was cute how it was done, each contestant was asked to bring a $5 item with them to the pageant that they would like, then it was put into the basket.
Brittany and Tiffany after the preliminary competition. In 24 hours Tiffany will be crowning her successor. She did an amazing job representing Arizona during this past year, Brittany is very honored to be able to call her a friend and role model.
